NHS England have asked practices to work together to offer ‘Enhanced Access’ appointments outside ‘normal’ GP hours, which are 08:00 – 18:30. Monday to Friday.  We have been asked to offer a mix of appointment types with a mix of different staff roles providing them.

Completing this survey will help us understand when, where and what type of appointments our patients would like to have available.
