Proposed Closure of Burtonwood/Kinnock Park Branch Surgery

The Partners of Vista Road Surgery are working with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside – St Helens Place to engage with local patients about the proposal to permanently close the branch surgery: Burtonwood Surgery, Kinnock Park, Burtonwood, WA5 4PU.

Please find attached for you to download and view, copy of letter sent to all of our patients, frequently asked questions and a patient survey for you to complete and return.

Patient forums will be held on the following dates:

  • Burtonwood surgery: 12th December 2022, 7.00pm at Burtonwood Community Centre, Green Jones Brow, Burtonwood, Warrington, WA5 4LH.
  • Vista Road Surgery: 19th December 2022, 7.00pm at Wargrave Community Hub 143 Alder Street WA12 8HR.
